Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, activating a license, or completing a purchase with LicenseLock, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LicenseLock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the extension and panel for the duration of your active plan. Each license is bound to a single device by default — device resets are available through our Telegram bot.

You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute LicenseLock without explicit authorisation from our reseller program; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or panel; (c) use the service for illegal activity, abuse, or to violate any third-party terms of service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license keys confidential. Any activity carried out under your account or license is considered your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

All prices are listed in BRL on our pricing page. Payments are processed via approved providers (PIX, card, and Telegram-integrated gateways). Plans are pre-paid; renewals are not automatic unless clearly indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or license that violates these terms, abuses the service, or engages in fraudulent behaviour — without prior notice and without refund.

LicenseLock is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current active plan.

We may update, improve, or modify the extension, panel, pricing, plans, or features at any time. Material changes will be announced through the LicenseLock panel or our official Telegram channel.
