To deliver licenses and operate the LicenseLock extension we collect the minimum necessary data: your email address, Telegram identifier (when you purchase via our bot), license keys assigned to you, device fingerprints used to bind a license to a device, and basic activation logs (timestamps, IP, browser).

Your data is used to issue and validate licenses, prevent abuse and multi-device misuse, provide customer support, deliver important service notifications, and improve the LicenseLock product. We do not sell your data — ever.

The LicenseLock panel uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. The browser extension stores a device fingerprint and encrypted license token locally so it can re-verify without asking you to log in repeatedly.

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, and Telegram) strictly to deliver the service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

All traffic between your browser, the LicenseLock extension, and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. License validation uses signed tokens, and sensitive credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing and encryption. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.

We retain your account and license data for as long as your license is active, plus a reasonable window afterwards for fraud prevention, accounting, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time (see contact below).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact our support team via Telegram or email to exercise any of these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the LicenseLock panel and via our Telegram channel. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
